Warehouse Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks and deliveries.
• Check the quantity and condition of items received.
• Properly store, label, and organize stocks in designated areas.
• Pick and prepare items based on approved orders or requests.
• Verify item and quantity accuracy prior to release.
• Assist with loading and unloading of stocks and deliveries.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse transactions.
• Monitor inventory and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, company policies, and safety standards.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related experience is preferred.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Reliable, responsible, and hardworking.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
