About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to join our dynamic team in San Pedro City Laguna. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods. As a Warehouse Staff, you will be an integral part of our success, contributing to the overall objectives of our company.

Key responsibilities

1. Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods and materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards
2. Organising and storing items in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage systems and methods
3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock-taking and cycle counts
4. Ensuring the warehouse environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
5. Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles with care and attention to detail
6. Following all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
7. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working in a warehouse is advantageous but not essential
2. Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items regularly
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and inventory systems
7. Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
8. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
9. Commitment to health and safety standards and best practices
10. Preferably living near San Pedro Laguna or willing to stay-in at San Pedro Laguna
11. Graduate of any 4 year course or vocational (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
