Warehouse Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares warehouse data and reports required by Superior and Top Management.
• Implements warehouse and inventory control procedures for receiving, issuance, storage, and disposal of materials.
• Monitors warehouse operations, storage utilization, inventory levels, and material movement.
• Supports cost reduction and process improvement through proper inventory and stock control.
• Ensures compliance with established warehouse policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with concerned departments regarding receiving, issuance, and inventory discrepancies or non-conformities.
• Prepares inventory costing and WIP reports for CDC, AVA, MR Sensor, and other applicable products.
• Checks warehouse records to ensure accurate receiving, issuance, and inventory transactions.
• Participates in physical inventory and investigates inventory variances.
• Performs other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
• Knowledgeable in inventory control and warehouse operations
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
