Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistant and daily activities.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees.
• Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when needed.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and productivity.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to meet business objectives.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions.

Pay: From Php590.00 per day
