Warehouse Staff

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, checking, storing, organizing, and releasing stocks and supplies while ensuring proper inventory control and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. The role supports the efficient movement of goods and ensures that all items are properly handled and recorded.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming stocks, supplies, and deliveries.
• Check quantity, quality, item description, and expiration dates of received goods.
• Properly store and organize items according to designated locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading stocks and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Monitor stocks for damaged, expired, or near-expiry items.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory procedures when applicable.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all warehouse items.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Properly handle warehouse equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college level or graduate of a relevant course is an advantage.
• With previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related experience is preferred.
• Experience in a food, restaurant, retail, or commissary environment is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of basic inventory procedures and stock handling.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stocks when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
