• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Issue materials and equipment to authorized project personnel.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and safekeeping of warehouse items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Prepare material issuance slips, delivery receipts, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the procurement team, suppliers, and project site personnel.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course graduate; a college degree is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience, preferably in construction or solar projects.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring, material handling, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Honest, organized, detail-oriented, and physically fit for warehouse duties.
• Willing to be assigned to the solar project site.
