Warehouse Staff

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with warehouse or logistics experience are preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and warehouse operational procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow company procedures.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, issuing, and dispatching raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other warehouse items.
• Check the quantity, condition, and identification of incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents.
• Arrange and store goods according to designated locations, product categories, storage requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• Update inventory records and operational data in the WMS, ERP system, or other company systems.
• Participate in regular stock counting, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, and other operational issues to the supervisor.
