Warehouse Staff

Job Summary:

The Warehouse / Logistics Staff is responsible for efficiently handling the receipt, storage, and distributionof goods in the commissary. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely delivery of supplies,and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The staff will support kitchen operations and otherdepartments by maintaining organized stock and efficient logistics processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of raw materials, ingredients, and other supplies.
• Properly store goods in designated areas, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for internal distribution to production or other departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report shortages, damages, or expired items.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
• Support ad-hoc logistics tasks as required by the commissary manager or supervisor.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse/commissary setting
• May require early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts
• Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or commissary operations preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Computer literate
• Ages 26 - 39

Availability: Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
