Warehouse Staff - EntrePouch

Job Summary:

Join EntrePouch as a Warehouse Staff member and become part of our daily warehouse operations team! You'll be involved in packing, picking, and handling inventory, as well as helping coordinate outgoing shipments. The role may involve being assigned as a packer, picker, or coordinator for releasing items and managing shipments — including working closely with LBC staff and other delivery partners.

What You'll Do:

• Pack and arrange items properly for shipment
• Select and release the correct items based on orders and pending requests
• Work hand-in-hand with LBC staff and other delivery personnel to ensure smooth dispatch and pickup
• Keep track of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Help check inventory and keep stock records accurate
• Update and encode warehouse data through Microsoft Excel or our system
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Flag any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to your supervisor
• Take part in daily warehouse tasks and help the team hit its targets

What We're Looking For:

• High School graduate (college-level education is a plus)
• Comfortable with basic computer use and Microsoft Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Physically capable of manual work — lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods in a fast-paced setting
• Open to learning new tasks and taking on different warehouse responsibilities
