INVENTORY

• Encoding the details of shipments arrived in the system.
• Transferring the needed FDA retention, PS retention, damage from shipment.
• She transfers the stocks for delivery base on Sales order details.
• Transferring the damage stocks in the system from the report s
• Entering the details of pull-out stocks/ return delivery for system update.
• Preparing the request form details for adjustment to balance the quantity of shipment arrived and QC done inspection.
• Sending weekly inventory report to accounting.
• Coordinates with accounting, purchasing and importation regarding the details of shipment for PO quantity vs. Invoice quantity details.
• Checking the rack/bin location for each product arrived for system update
• Updating the bin location before inventory count quarterly.

SHIPMENT/ DELIVERY

• Assisting in checking the products arrived.
• Photocopying and sending shipment arrival form.
• Checking the products for delivery.
• Printing label for cargo delivery.
• Helping in visual inspection especially when we have rush product for delivery.

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
