Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented IT Graduate for our Laguna Plant. This role focuses on data management, personnel tracking, and system encoding. You will maintain daily Excel and SAP databases, and step in to cover warehouse staff duties when team members are on leave.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Laguna Plant (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Shifting Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Data Encoding: Update and maintain warehouse data in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Warehouse Relief: Step into warehouse operational roles when staff are on leave.
• Report Generation: Create accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using SAP software.
• Availability: Willing to work a Monday-to-Saturday shifting schedule.
