Warehouse Staff Repacker

Check, inventory, and wrap products prior to shipment, typically assigned by area or shift in coordination
with other packer.
Package items and label them correctly for shipment or storage according to company policies and customer
specifications.
Inspect products for defects or damages, segregating any faulty items before packaging.
Adhere strictly to company packaging guidelines to guarantee secure delivery and customer satisfaction.
Utilize packaging materials and tools properly, including hand tools, adhesive tapes, bubble wrap, and
others.
Maintain complete and accurate records and documentation for all products processed through the
warehouse.
Ensure accurate labeling and documentation accompany all packages and parcels.
Demonstrate physical fitness to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-demand setting.
Maintain punctuality and reliability, consistently adhering to scheduled start and end times.
Collaborate with other packers and report directly to assigned supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
Keep the work area and organized at all times.
Assist with inventory management by counting stock and reporting current levels.
Comply with all safety regulations and procedures in the warehouse.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors to optimize operational flow.
Coordinate with Inventory Clerk for necessary stock adjustments
Prepare repacking and damage reports
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of repacking area
Follow safety and quality control procedures
Endorsing item to the encoders
Checking Waybill/invoice properly
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
