Warehouse Stockman

About the role

AAL Milktea Supplies is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Stockman to join our team on a full-time basis at our facility in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, organisation and dispatch of inventory. As a Warehouse Stockman, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of products through our distribution centre, directly supporting our business objectives to deliver quality products to our customers on time and in perfect condition.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving and unloading incoming shipments, verifying product quantities and quality against delivery documentation
• Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage methods
• Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records
• Preparing orders for dispatch by selecting, checking and packing items according to customer specifications
• Operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting on inventory discrepancies or shortages
• Assisting with warehouse maintenance tasks and supporting the wider team during peak periods

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, with demonstrated knowledge of stock management and inventory procedures
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand-operated pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery safely and competently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
• Physical capability to perform the demands of the role, including lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods
• A commitment to health and safety practices and the ability to work in compliance with all warehouse safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to adapt to changing warehouse demands
• Preferred: Certification or experience in forklift operation and basic computer literacy for inventory systems
