Warehouse Stockman

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Stockman is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, issuing, and monitoring stocks to ensure accurate inventory records, proper stock handling, and efficient warehouse operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks against delivery documents.
• Arrange and store stocks in their designated locations.
• Pick, prepare, and issue stocks based on approved requests and delivery requirements.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods while ensuring proper handling.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a high school graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory handling is an advantage.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stocks.
• Honest, organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
