WAREHOUSE STOREKEEPER

About the role

Warehouse Storekeeper role based in Taman Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting and arranging incoming goods, picking and packing items according to Delivery Orders, and managing stock records. The role involves loading and unloading materials, operating forklift equipment, and maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and arrange incoming goods in the warehouse
• Pick, pack and prepare goods according to Delivery Orders (DO)
• Load and unload materials from incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Arrange stocks properly according to designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts
• Check physical stock quantity and report any shortages or discrepancies
• Ensure materials are handled and stored properly to prevent damage
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and good housekeeping
• Operate forklift for loading, unloading and stock arrangement
• Coordinate with sales and office staff on stock and delivery preparation

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Preferably with warehouse/storekeeper experience
• Valid forklift licence is an advantage
• Able to handle physical warehouse work and lift materials when required
• Responsible, hardworking and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of stock control and warehouse operations is an advantage
