Warehouse Storekeeper

1. Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials accurately.
2. Maintain inventory records and track all stock movements.
3. Ensure proper labeling, identification, and organized storage of materials.
4. Coordinate material movements with procurement, logistics, installation teams, and suppliers.
5. Conduct stock counts, inventory checks, and prepare stock reports.
6. Update inventory information in SAP, CMMS, or ERP systems.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
8. Manage scrap, waste, and damaged/non-conforming materials appropriately.
9. Maintain proper documentation and traceability of all materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control.
2. Experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials.
3. Good knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
4. Experience with SAP, ERP, CMMS, or warehouse management systems preferred.
5. Strong skills in documentation, stock counting, and inventory reporting.
6. Familiar with material labeling, storage, and handling procedures.
7. Good coordination skills with procurement, logistics, suppliers, and operations teams.
8. Knowledge of warehouse safety and HSE procedures.
9. Good communication and basic MS Excel skills.
10. Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain accurate inventory records.
