Experienced Warehouse Storeperson | Manufacturing Environment | Fast-Paced Team

Brand Nation is looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our busy manufacturing operation based in Hobsonville.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who knows their way around a warehouse, is confident operating both forklifts and Bendi forklifts, and understands the importance of accuracy, cleanliness and efficiency.

About the role

Working within our manufacturing warehouse, you will play an important role in ensuring our production team has the materials and goods they need, when they need them.

A key responsibility will be accurately picking and preparing orders and raw materials for the production team, ensuring the correct products and quantities are available for scheduled production.

You will also be responsible for receiving and storing incoming goods, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately picking and preparing raw materials, ingredients and other goods for production
• Ensuring production orders are picked correctly and on time
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods
• Assisting with the unloading and management of inwards containers
• Working within relevant MPI requirements and procedures
• Operating forklifts and Bendi forklifts safely and efficiently
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and warehouse locations remain organised
• Completing and checking warehouse paperwork and documentation accurately
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping
• Supporting the production team by ensuring materials are available when required
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Carrying out other warehouse duties as required

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in a warehouse/storeperson position
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing warehouse
• Strong forklift and Bendi forklift operating skills
• Experience with MPI requirements and inwards containers
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when completing and checking paperwork
• A strong understanding of the importance of cleanliness and hygiene
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising accuracy
• A positive, practical and can-do attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Experience working within an environment operating under NSF protocols would be an advantage.
