Warehouse Storesperson

About the role

Store and dispatch goods accurately and safely, supporting efficient warehouse operations. The Warehouse Storeperson QLD is accountable for picking and packing accuracy, minimising in-house damages, and upholding safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to schedule
• Receive and store incoming stock, ensuring correct placement and documentation
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stocktakes and cycle counts
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe warehouse environment
• Identify and report in-house damages, assisting with investigations and prevention
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and effectively
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and free from hazards
• Collaborate with Warehouse Team Leader and other staff to resolve issues
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Uphold UDW's values and contribute to a positive team culture

About you

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar roles (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Skilled in order picking, packing, and stock management
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and manual handling procedures
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
• Safety-conscious and reliable

• Strong sense of accountability and integrity
