Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor at WOROOD is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory to support retail and e-commerce channels. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates staff schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, managing stock counts, optimizing storage layouts, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. The role also involves collaborating with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and uphold WOROOD’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong warehouse operations skills, including inventory control, stock handling, and order fulfillment.
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics environment, with skills in supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to use warehouse management systems or ERPs, along with basic proficiency in MS Excel and related office software.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and security procedures relevant to warehouse and storage environments.
• Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Effective communication abilities and a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce logistics is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
