Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching inventory in line with WOROOD’s quality standards. The Warehouse Supervisor monitors stock levels, ensures accurate documentation, and coordinates with logistics, retail, and production teams to support timely fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities include leading and training warehouse staff, assigning tasks, enforcing safety and cleanliness standards, and maintaining efficient workflows. The role also involves conducting regular stock checks, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, including inventory handling, stock control, and order fulfillment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse teams.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software, and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in warehouse environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (logistics, retail, production).
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or luxury goods logistics is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred. Hi
