Warehouse Supervisor – 2 Years Experience TIRES & WHEELS INDUSTRY

Location: Banawe, Quezon City

Salary: ₱25,300

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory position.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience in supervising and managing warehouse personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site and render overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and safekeeping of products and materials.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, inventory records, delivery documents, and other paperwork.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and other departments regarding stock availability, deliveries, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timely processing.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock shortages, and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, minimize losses, and maintain organized storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
