Warehouse Supervisor - Brendale

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of PVC bends and fittings for the electrical, communications and civil industries. We have 2 locations in Brisbane and 1 in Melbourne.

Established in 2012 there reputation has been built on reliable delivery times, quality products and the ability to manufacture custom bends and fittings to almost any specification.

We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to step in immediately and drive the energy, culture and output of our staff and operation.

Key Responsibilities: (Very Hands On Role)

• Supervise and motivate your team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.
• Manage operations: Oversee receiving, storing , picking, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work environment.
• Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements.
• Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, inventory, and transport teams; escalate issues when needed.
• Systems: Must have SAP (equivalent)  experience ,RF scanners, track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership or supervision
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS and RF scanners
• Must be willing to work hands on & help out your team
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines
• Inventory control experience
• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership position.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• A proactive, organised and hands-on leadership style with a strong customer focus.
