  • Operate within MPI requirements as a Transitional Facility, ensuring all imported product handling meets regulatory obligations
  • Lead and execute quarterly stocktakes and weekly cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory, batch control, and stock integrity in a high-volume throughput environment
  • Support audits and SOP management to ensure ongoing operational compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, delivery performance, and overall service quality
  • Analyse warehouse performance data and identify further opportunities for operational improvement
  • Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience within warehousing, distribution, or FMCG environments - food import or ethnic grocery experience will be highly regarded. Minimum 3 years’ warehousing management experience
  • Proven experience leading or supervising a distribution or warehouse team
  • Experience working with warehouse management and supply chain systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong communication skills across a culturally diverse team and customer base
