Huat Siang Hardware Sdn Bhd is an established industrial supplier with over 30 years of experience in steel and engineering materials, including pipes, valves, fittings, flanges, and structural products. We serve industries such as construction, oil & gas, shipbuilding, and manufacturing across Malaysia and Asia.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, loading, and dispatching goods
• Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and smooth operations
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and ensure accurate quantity and documentation
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
• Arrange and organise steel materials, pipes, fittings, flanges, and other products efficiently
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with monthly / yearly stock take
• Ensure proper handling of goods to minimise damage, loss, and stock discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Ensure warehouse equipment and tools are properly maintained
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
• Prepare warehouse reports and provide updates to management

Requirements

• 2–5 years of warehouse experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience handling steel, hardware, engineering, or industrial materials is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Forklift licence / experience is an added advantage
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and good work attitude
