Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse and hauling operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, compliance with company policies and safety standards, and effective coordination with internal departments and transport providers to support overall supply chain efficiency.

Job Functions

• Supervise and lead warehouse personnel by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training as needed.
• Oversee inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, cycle counting, and implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Supervise hauling and transportation activities, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating with drivers or third-party providers, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, storage practices, cleanliness, and equipment utilization to promote operational efficiency and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Production, and other departments to support smooth and uninterrupted supply chain operations.
• Investigate and resolve operational concerns such as inventory variances, delivery delays, and warehouse issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and submit warehouse, inventory, and hauling operation reports to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
