Surya International is a small, focused team responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching every Ayurda product to customers across New Zealand and worldwide.

We are looking for a computer-literate, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Papatoetoe. In this hands-on role, you will take true ownership of the systems that keep our stock accurate, our suppliers on track, and our orders moving on time.

What You’ll Do

This role balances computer-based inventory management with active warehouse tasks:

• Inventory Control: Manage stock using Unleashed (or similar software)—ensuring accuracy, leading regular stocktakes, and generating reports.
• Forecasting & Purchasing: Forecast stock requirements and place supplier orders well in advance to account for overseas shipping lead times.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Fulfillment & Hands-on Tasks: Support daily order picking, packing, and dispatch alongside our warehouse hand. Assist with product assembly, filling, labeling, and general warehouse organization.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or issues early and implement practical, effective systems.
