The Store Department Head is responsible for the overall management and control of the company's store and warehouse operations. This position ensures the accurate receiving, storage, preservation, issuance, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, consumables, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

The Store Department Head must maintain optimum inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, minimize inventory losses and discrepancies, and provide timely materials to Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments.

Candidate should have good knowledge of:

• Inventory management

• Warehouse management

• FIFO/FEFO

• Cycle counting and stock reconciliation

• ERP/WMS or inventory management systems

• Material receiving and issuing procedures

• Production material control

• Spare-parts inventory management

• 5S and warehouse housekeeping

• Basic supply-chain principles

• Workplace safety and material-handling procedures

• Excel and inventory reporting
