What they need
Key Responsibilities
1.Receive raw materials, components, and packaging; perform GR (Goods Receipt) in ERP/OD system; verify quantity, model, batch, and COC/COA against PO; handle discrepancies, damages, and non-conformities.
2.Manage bin locations, FIFO/FEFO, and storage conditions; maintain accurate ERP/OD inventory records; control slow-moving and obsolete materials; ensure 5S and warehouse hygiene.
3.Issue materials to production lines per BOM and work orders; handle line-side material transfers, returns, and scraps; ensure zero line-stoppage due to material shortage.
4.Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly reconciliations; coordinate annual stocktake; investigate variances and root causes; submit accurate stock reports.
Requirements
1.Diploma / SPM + relevant experience; warehouse-related certificate is a plus.
2.3 years of warehouse / inventory experience in a manufacturing environment; familiar with ERP/SAP or WMS.
Proficient in MS Excel, basic Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
