Warehouse Supervisor

Job Objective:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures operational accuracy, compliance with safety standards, optimal inventory control, and effective coordination with internal teams to support seamless supply chain and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock-taking.
• Monitor workflow to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Address and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
