Warehouse Supervisor / 仓库主管

About the role

The Senior Executive / Head of Department (HOD) – Overall (Company-Wide) oversees the strategic planning, control, and optimisation of Calisto Group's inventory across retail stores, warehouses, and distribution channels. This role ensures accurate stock forecasting, balanced replenishment, and efficient movement of goods while aligning stock management practices with business objectives, sales trends, and operational efficiency. The position plays a key role in supporting business growth by maintaining optimal stock levels, minimising losses, and improving profitability through data-driven decisions and process enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory strategies to ensure optimal product availability while minimising overstock and obsolescence
• Analyse sales trends, seasonal patterns, and promotional activities to create data-driven stock forecasts
• Collaborate with business Development & Marketing, Retail Business, Event, and Account & Finance to align inventory planning with sales targets and cash flow efficiency
• Establish and monitor reorder levels, safety stock thresholds, and replenishment cycles
• Support product lifecycle planning, including new product rollouts, transitions, and end-of-life management
• Oversee end-to-end stock movement, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, returns, and write-offs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all systems (ERP, POS, warehouse)
• Monitor slow-moving, aged, or expired stock and recommend appropriate action
• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly stock reports covering stock status, replenishment progress, and variance analysis
• Drive continuous improvement of inventory systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
