Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with leadership and management expertise to join our team to oversee warehouse operations in the Bangkok Kreetha area, from receiving, storing, to shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Control stock inventory: conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and prepare summary reports for management
• Manage team: supervise warehouse staff to comply with regulations, drive the team to achieve organizational goals, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Process improvement: analyze data and initiate new approaches to increase work efficiency, reduce errors, and resolve operational issues
• Manage warehouse space: use techniques such as 5S system to maximize warehouse space utilization and prevent product loss or damage
• KPI Management: ensure operational results meet organizational KPIs such as inventory accuracy and shipping speed
• Coordination: work with logistics, sales, and other relevant departments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Direct experience in a Warehouse Manager position
• Experience in Fulfillment or E-commerce business will be given special consideration
• Expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and logistics systems
• Strong leadership skills, able to manage, motivate, and develop team members
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
