Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervising and monitoring daily warehouse activities and staff performance.
• Validating warehouse transactions and performing reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse premises.
• Planning and preparing work schedules aligned with workload and client needs.
• Addressing and resolving customer and operational issues within authority levels.
• Training and coaching employees on SOPs, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
• Preparing and submitting accurate and timely operational reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with multinational client requirements and SLA-driven operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS is required.
• Results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
