Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and administrative processes across regional sites and branch offices to ensure full compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard all inventory and maintain strict item security during inbound, put-away, and outbound logistics flows
• Execute routine stock opname activities and maintain proper warehouse facility cleanliness and organization
• Manage daily delivery workflows and logistics operations to optimize overall freight and shipping costs
• Drive continuous operational improvements across all warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and inventory accuracy

About you

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any field
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor
• High proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, WMS, delivery management, and inventory administration
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large operational teams effectively
• Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, and strong communication skills
