Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch. You will ensure materials are handled, stored, and issued in compliance with SOPs and safety standards, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch
• Ensure materials are handled, stored, and issued in compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Ensure accurate inventory records in SAP / EWM system
• Lead cycle count activities, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse operators including attendance, task allocation, and performance
• Liaise with Production, Order Desk, Procurement, and Quality teams for material availability and priorities
• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes including layout, storage, and flow
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements
• Maintain proper documentation including GR, DN, stock adjustments, and inspection records

About you

• Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse operators
• Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP / EWM
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch
• Ability to drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Understanding of compliance, safety regulations, and audit requirements
