Warehouse Supervisor

Lead a high-performing warehouse team in a stable and growing operation. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys balancing hands-on warehouse activities with leading and developing people. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of approximately six warehouse team members
• Create a safe, positive and productive warehouse culture
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure customer requirements are achieved
• Drive inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation and process compliance
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure all safety procedures and equipment standards are maintained
• Support team development through training and ongoing mentoring
• Remain hands-on and actively involved in warehouse activities

About You

• Proven warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
• Current forklift licence and confidence operating warehouse equipment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Experience with Reach Truck, Stock Picker, MPI requirements or Working at Heights would be advantageous
