• Control inbound raw material, sample, and others.
• Control goods putaway and internal movement.
• Control line feeding with milkrun system.
• Control outbound finished goods and spares.
• Post SAP, GR, googs movement, goods confirmation, goods delivery etc.
• Coordinate physical counting and cycle counting.
• Support ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000, control the daily implementation.
• Perform any other normal business activities assigned by the manager in or out of the scope of this position description.
• Participate in any continuous improvement action as required, and continuously improve the process.
• Prepare of business process mapping for responsible business unit
• Initiate, manage and report project, incident and change request for own business unit
• Preparation of project / additional development request, GAP, support test and user training documents when necessary
• Effective communication with technical team, user and management. Qualification:
• University or above with a major in mechanic or management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management.
• Familiar with the WMS and computer software. -Fluent oral and written in English, Familiar forklift operation requirement.
• Good level IT systems knowladge.Good communication and leadership.
