Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse or logistics experience, and the ability to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety across all operations.

Location: Patterson, CA
Salary: $71,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Available Shifts:

• 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, staging, and movement of freight.
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company and safety procedures.
• Train new team members on operational processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Monitor productivity, identify operational issues, and implement solutions as needed.
• Communicate with management and other teams regarding operational needs, performance, and challenges.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and productive warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and productivity standards.
• Experience with material-handling equipment, WMS, scanners, or similar warehouse technology is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
