Warehouse Supervisor

Job description & Duties

• Plan, Organize, lead and control of inventory activities. Recommend & lead process improvement. Eg. Update process flow in Agile.

• Regularly review inventory accuracy and establish traceability in movement via shop floor system and material transaction.

• Supervise and analyze inventory balance, transaction, and inventory reconciliation for weekly, monthly & quarterly.

• Review manpower and operation needs from time to time. Control consumable expenses and identify alternative cost-efficient operation expenditure.

• To analyze and summarize inventory transaction and ageing for manager review and decision making. Eg. Shift Performance Report

• Supervise daily Main Store operation activities and report to Manager progress or issue arises.

• To complete daily material receiving, storage, picking and kitting to support production. Highlight any inventory discrepancies to executive.

• Ensure compliance to Safety & Environment, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.

Qualification and skills needed:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines.

• Good in English Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a high-volume high mix warehouse environment managing materials with at least 3 years in supervisory position.

• Experience working with Oracle/WMS/ERP/SAP/ MRP tools.

• Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
