Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in an electronics manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory management, and timely support to production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Ensure materials issued are in order and released according to the production plan.
• Identify and manage any goods returned from production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Support and maintain the company’s quality and environmental management system.
• Implement lean warehouse practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably electronics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
