Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Pune/Saswad/Wadki

Job Description Job Summary: The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate with warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments to align warehouse operations with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff; delegate tasks effectively.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc., where necessary.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, damage, and order discrepancies.
• Assist in improving operational efficiencies and cost reduction strategies.
