Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the warehouse team and management with operational support.
• Manage inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Conduct inventory cycle count, stock take, items check, goods return and disposal monitoring.
• Keep track of daily logistic operation efficiency.
• Stock control to manage distribution services for stores in all divisions.
• Keep track of shipment status by daily database update to provide accurate shipping information to internal parties.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Warehouse Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years related working experience.
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, and good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage and achieve deadline.
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Chinese.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
