Be responsible for logistics delivery, safety management in logistics field, warehouse work control, coordination and improvement, check and modify the warehouse work procedure and management policy, all personnel management and training;

负责物流配送、物流领域的安全管理、仓库工作的管控、协调与改进，检查并修改仓库工作流程和管理政策，以及所有人员的管理与培训。

Review and check all the warehouse work plan, job processing and performance;

审查并检查所有的仓库工作计划、工作处理情况以及工作绩效。

Communicate and coordinate with other department.

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

Be responsible for warehouse 5S management and safety management;

负责仓库的 5S 管理（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养）和安全管理。

Be responsible for warehouse daily work and personnel management, comply with customers and corporate requirements;

负责仓库的日常工作及人员管理，遵循客户及公司的要求。

Establish and continuously improve the warehouse management workflow and work instructions;

建立并持续完善仓库管理工作流程和作业指导书。

Be responsible for warehouse layout and storage adjustment;

负责仓库布局及存储调整。

Be responsible for warehouse first-in and first-out management;

负责仓库的先进先出管理。

Manage material and finished products acceptance criteria, monitor material storage and delivery;

管理物料及成品的验收标准，监控物料的存储及发货情况。

According to production demand, calculate logistics capacity, optimize material turnover process, arrange personnel scheduling;

根据生产需求，核算物流能力，优化物料周转流程，安排人员调度。

Be responsible for the training and evaluation of subordinates;

负责下属员工的培训及考核。

Maintain the SAP,Kingdee database;

维护 SAP 、金蝶数据库。

Be responsible for company material inventory, data analysis, account adjustment and overdue material statistics;

负责公司物料库存、数据分析、账目调整以及逾期物料统计。

Keep good working relationship with other team;

与其他团队保持良好的工作关系。

Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.

遵守公司信息安全管理规定，对公司信息保密，不泄露，保证信息的安全。

Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

配合公司需要，随时承担上级委派的其他任务。 任职要求： Bachelor or above degree with Logistics related background

具有物流相关背景的本科及以上学历。

At least 5 years’ multinational company working experience in multi SKU, delicate pick & pack warehousing operations.At least 3 years team management experience

至少有 5 年在跨国公司从事多品类库存单位（SKU）、精细分拣与包装仓储运营方面的工作经验。至少具备 3 年团队管理经验。

Having substantial experience in WMS and ERP system, experience in using SAP will be an advantage

在仓库管理系统（WMS）和企业资源计划（ERP）系统方面有丰富经验，有使用 SAP 系统的经验更佳。

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

熟练掌握中英文的口语及书面表达。

Can work under the pressure of warehouse operations

能够在仓储运营的压力下工作。
