Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the effective operations of the warehouse. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating the receipt and dispatch of goods, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventory management and accuracy
- Ensure 100% back end and warehouse compliance which includes receiving, storing, withdrawal, RTV, bad order management, premiums management, warehouse management, safety and security.
- Ensure compliance to the housekeeping standards
- Inventory variance reconciliation
- Compliance to reporting standard
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting and Administration related courses
- With at least 2 years relevant work experience in receiving and dispatching unit and knowledgeable on warehouse operations.
