Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications

• College Graduate of any degree; BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management is an advantage
• With 2–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, manufacturing, or logistics
• Experienced in large-scale inventory management, including cycle counts, stock monitoring, inventory auditing, and reconciliation
• Experienced in handling, storing, and organizing delicate and heavy ceramic products
• Knowledge of WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and MS Office (Excel/Word) for inventory tracking and reporting
• Strong ability to supervise, train, motivate, and delegate tasks to warehouse personnel
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, packaging, loading, and shipping documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Must be willing to work in Dasmariñas, Cavite or nearby areas only

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of ceramic products.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, stock movement, cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, stacking, and packaging of delicate and heavy ceramic products to prevent chipping, cracking, breakage, and other damages.
• Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to ensure efficient, organized, and safe storage of ceramic products and materials.
• Coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing orders, including preparation of products, loading activities, and required shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Monitor product condition and coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) to identify, isolate, and properly document damaged or defective products before shipment.
• Utilize WMS, ERP systems, SAP, and MS Excel for inventory monitoring, data entry, reporting, and warehouse performance tracking.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse personnel; delegate tasks and monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections and enforce compliance with 5S, PPE, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and warehouse bottlenecks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and productivity and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, QA, Production, and Delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.
• Prepare and submit inventory, operational, and performance reports to management.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
