Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and manages the day-to-day warehouse operations. S/he adheres to the appropriate volume within the allocated time by putting production, productivity, quality, and service standards into effect.

Responsibilities

• Prepare receiving, storage, and high-volume dispatch schedules
• Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and storage allocation
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams
• Maintain accurate inventory monitoring and planning reports
• Ensure implementation of FIFO / FEFO standards
• Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related
• At least 1–3 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory planning, or logistics planning
• Has experience in supervising 15-30 pax in a multi-shift operations
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot, reporting, monitoring)
• Experience in WMS / ERP system is an advantage
• 48 hrs per week, Shifting schedule, Onsite.
• Willing to be assigned in our Head Office at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.
