Warehouse Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage, and maintain high-caliber staff appropriate to the company's business needs.
• Managing to ensure all materials received, issued, and transactions are recorded/updated in the store system/records according to the company procedure/policy.
• Ensure the safekeeping, stock accuracy, and safety of all materials in the store.
• Ensure the safekeeping of all documents, such as invoices and delivery order as per the company procedure/policy.
• Develop and motivate all team members to perform at a high level of efficiency in their output.
• Delegate and organize department workload according to responsibility or project assignment.
• Coordinate and handle material disposition according to company policy
• Coordinate interaction between the section in the Material department and all other departments and subsidiaries of the Meerkat group.
• Evaluate and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminars for the Store department’s staff.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with store/warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand and implement changes. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing accurate, quality-oriented work and maintaining a positive attitude.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field.

Skills:

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (able to work with foreign colleagues).
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience or familiarity with the Oracle system is an advantage.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and strong teamwork skills.
