Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This role involves supervising and managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of operational targets. You will train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel to maintain high performance and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of operational targets
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel to maintain high performance and compliance with company standards
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper manpower allocation across operational shifts
• Monitor daily warehouse processes, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and overall operational efficiency
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies, process delays, and equipment concerns
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely completion of tasks
• Prepare and submit operational performance reports, including key metrics, issues, and improvement recommendations
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast manpower or resource needs, and recommend process improvements
• Conduct safety training and drills to promote a safe and compliant working environment

About you

• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles
• At least 1 year of experience managing warehouse staff, preferably handling approximately 50 personnel or more
• Experience supervising large warehouse teams (100 personnel) is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of inventory management
• Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Saturday
