Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

-Ensure proper rotation of product

• Oversee and supervise daily warehouse operations

• Ensure efficient and accurate inventory control and management

• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity

• Monitor

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation

• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments

• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

• Transport product from one warehouse to other in box truck

• be familiar with operating a forklift

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and must be familiar with operating a forklift
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Experience with inventory control practices and procedures
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems Sales Binder
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required in a warehouse setting

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of logistics principles and practices
