What they need

Ready to lead from the floor and make an impact?

Chattanooga Shooting Supplies (CSSI) is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our warehouse team and keep our daily operation running safely, efficiently, and accurately.

This isn’t a desk-only leadership role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action—coaching employees, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure the team has what they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll help oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities while ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and customer service expectations are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees while assigning daily workloads and priorities.
  • Coordinate daily receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and distribution activities.
  • Keep the operation moving by monitoring productivity, workflow, accuracy, and daily performance expectations.
  • Track employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.
  • Maintain warehouse records, inventory documentation, logs, and reports.
  • Monitor and improve KPI's
  • Develop and maintain training materials for warehouse positions.
  • Assist management with establishing and improving warehouse standards, procedures, and processes.

What We’re Looking For

We want a leader who can balance people, productivity, and accountability. The right person will be organized, dependable, approachable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in typical warehouse temperatures and conditions.

The Leader We Want

You may be a great fit if you’re the type of leader who:

  • Leads by example instead of managing from the sidelines.
  • Builds strong relationships while maintaining clear expectations.
  • Notices problems and works toward solutions.
  • Takes ownership of results.
  • Enjoys developing employees and helping a team perform at its best.

If you have warehouse experience, enjoy leading people, and are ready to take ownership of a busy operation, we’d like to hear from you.

Apply today and bring your leadership experience to the CSSI team!
