What they need
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Plan and control receiving, storage, and issuing of goods to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and storage conditions in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
- Conduct stock control activities such as cycle counts and physical inventory checks; investigate and report discrepancies.
- Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchasing, Transportation, and other related departments.
- Control and maintain warehouse documentation (Receiving Notes, Issue Slips, Delivery Orders, etc.).
- Ensure proper and safe use of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, labor laws, and food manufacturing standards.
